If you ever stay in the Tomamu Hoshino Resort in Hokkaido, you must visit the Green Kitchen Restaurant which is located just across the Tower building, a 3 minutes walk. It serves a wide variety of western food and the prices are reasonable. Two chefs whip up a wide selection of food that are excellent and they use fresh ingredients. And it's got a fantastic view to go along with your meals.
